South African Police Arrested After Being Caught On Tape Beating Up Nigerian Man

South African policemen beat up and stripped a man on the streets of Cape Town sometime last week. Armed uniform policeme and private guards brutally punched and kicked an unarmed man in broad day light, in the middle of the road as cars drove by.
The entire scene was recorded by females in an apartment by the road where the incident took place.
The footage, which was later uploaded on YouTube, went viral prompting public outage.
The assaulted man has been identified as Clement Emekansha, a Nigerian Citizen.
According to reports by South African media, two of the police officers involved in the brutal torture of Emekansha have been arrested and are facing criminal charges.

Unending Love: Husband Holds Hands With Wife Of 60 Years As They Died Hours Apart

For six decades, Floreen and Ed Hale have been inseparable, and even death could not keep them apart.

On February 7, Mrs Hale, 82, passed away in a Batavia, New York, hospital, with her gravely ill husband lying next to her and holding her hand until the very end.

Just 36 hours later, Ed Hale died at age 83.

‘He was a gentleman right up to the end, waiting for her to go first,’ the Hales’ daughter Renee Hirsh told the blog Orlean Hub, which profiled her parents.

A month ago, a wheelchair-bound Mr Hale was hospitalized in Rochester, New York, with kidney failure.

On February 4, his wife was rushed to United Methodist Medical Center in Batavia 35 miles away suffering from congestive heart failure, among other ailments. 

The 83-year-old man was initially too weak to be transported by ambulance to be with his dying wife, but at the request of the family, the two hospitals worked together to reunite the spouses in their last days.

Floreen and Ed’s love story began more than 60 years ago when the two met at a party.

When the young engineer went to Floreen’s parents to ask for her hand in marriage, they refused because the young woman was recovering at the time from a horrific car accident, which claimed the life of her first husband, whom she had married only three months earlier.

The doctors admit that they are puzzled by what may have caused this scrotal lymphedema causing Warren’s body to store water inside the scrotum. Unfortunately, this rare condition interferes with the man’s everyday life, causing him trouble with using the bathroom, or even walking. The operation for removing the surplus of tissue will cost one million dollars and it poses a life threat, due to the fact that that particular area of the body is highly vascularized.

This is most likely the oddest medical condition yet, especially due to the fact that elephantiasis is usually induced by a parasite which does not have the proper living conditions in the United States, but since the man did not travel to the tropical areas, the only possible answer as to why his scrotum now weights 100 pounds, lies withing his scrotum, and the only way the doctors can find out what caused this, is to wait till the surgery.
